What Gen Z Wants From Their Parents!

What Generation Z want from their parents

Have you ever been driving or cooking or just relaxing & one of your gen z kids shoves his/her phone in your face & demands you,
Watch this or Look at this!!!

It is prob some crazy prank video or a really cute animal video or a science project demonstration or maybe a game they want to share with you.

All we want you to do is watch the video with us & laugh or just pay attention to it.
Now I know the paying attention thing may sound crazy as we have soooo much trouble paying attention to you guys & always seem distracted.
But this is enjoyable entertaining stuff to us.

Don’t you see us when we get together with friends, siblings, teammates etc?
We hover over each other trying to share what interest us on YouTube, Instagram or snap chat.
We group-share today. That’s what we do.

I know it annoys you that we are constantly saying, “look at this, just one more, I promise!”
But the fact is, we are a sharing generation.
We want to share what cracks us up & what we like, with you.

Yes, I understand it is prob never at the ideal time for you to stop what you’re doing & watch a video with us.
How else can we connect with you?
If you think of it as a means of connecting with your child it may help.
I know you either never shared a thing with your parents or maybe you were in a generation where you played board games or chess or cards etc with your parents.

Well, this is how we kinda want to communicate & share with you.
These videos may seem stupid, dumb or senseless but they are what we are watching today.

Aren’t you interested in what we like?

All I’m saying is, try to take the time to sit & laugh with your kids, you need it & you just might wind up laughing sooo hard you’ll want to share it with a friend.
