Sky Rota CEO

Sky

Founder & CEO (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities)

My name is Sky, I’m 12yrs old & in 7th grade. I’m severely dyslexic & have ADHD. I attend a school for kids who learn differently, I don’t use the term (Learning disabled) because I’m Not disabled! Just because I can’t learn in a conventional manner doesn’t make me disabled. Most of all, I don’t allow my differences to define me. I am very athletic. I golf, play Basketball, Football & Baseball, (I’m a pretty good Pitcher). I love all sports & attending sporting events. I’m an Author & a collector of Rare Ping Golf Balls.  I like to play video games. My favorite video games are Minecraft, Maddon, NBA 2 & Forza, but I’m not a gamer. I’m more of an outside dog who loves to play basketball on my driveway with my Dad & brother (when he is home from college).  I spend lots of my free time online researching Luxury cars, Real estate, inventions, sneakers and anything science related. My main devices are my iPhone & my Ipad. I enjoy watching YouTube videos. I love going out to the movies & I watch movies at home on Netflix & TV on Xfinity. I may only be 12 years old, but this is my 2nd blog. I started my 1st when I was 9 at SkysCars.com.

I know first hand how my Generation thinks, moves, plays, spends & creates. We aren’t like any Generation before us, and Yes, We start at a young age. I consider myself a young ambitious entrepreneur who specializes in consulting with educators, parents, therapists, businesses & brands regarding everything Gen Z. I am an authority on Dyslexia, ADHD, Learning disabilities & know first hand what its like to be bullied by adults & teachers. I consult on everything generation Z related. Consider me your personal ambassador. I’m on an endless mission to give Generation Z an outlet to show the world their Strengths.

Strongest Feature: recognizing the strengths of others.

Lead Tech Journalist / Sky’s Slave LOL

Hi, my name is Aaron I am a 12-year-old, dyslexic, computer/tech enthusiast. I am in 7th grade and I love computers. Ever since I was in 3th grade computers fascinated me and I wanted to learn more about them. I wanted to make them do things, play games… So I’m learning how to code and how they work. It was hard for me because of my learning differences… I don’t learn like most people I need to be given examples of things you will actually do with what I am learning and watch others. Like Sky I attend the same school for kids who learn differently. But I don’t see myself to be different. I fight through my problems and do what I want to do like learning to code. Other than Coding I do a lot of skiing and video game, and I really like Just Cause 3 and adventure games.

My goal is to make this Generation the best this planet has ever had. I know how this generation thinks, we’re creative, persistent and want things to happen. We don’t give up, we make our goals happen. And I want to help by making tech to make Gen Zers life’s easier so they can get their goals done. I also want to put great new tech that not many people know about in the spotlight, by making articles and videos.

In the end, I can’t wait for this Generation to shine and I can’t wait to help them!

Strongest Feature: Being persistent, completing goals and getting things done.

Working for 12 yr olds is like ADHD mixed with Coca Cola!

These trailblazers have plenty of input. They know what they don’t like & aren’t shy about letting me know.  They’re not sure what they do like until they see it live. Being visual engagers, you need to show them a few options, not more than 3 or you’ve lost them.

Oh, & they want it done in less than 6 seconds!

Strongest Feature: Blocking the site while making website changes as these young executives will nonstop email you to see when changes go live!

I say email because, I have yet to give them my cell number for fear of text ambushing!!

I highly recommend everyone working for a generation much younger than themselves, at least for a short period of time. It puts life in perspective, keeps you humble, helps you listen to ideas you may have thought were completely insane. They bring new insight to my inbox, along with Warnings, Disclaimers, Side Notes, Legal Advice, Directions & plenty of Copyrighted Pics!

It’s a multi dimensional learning experience that I highly recommend.

Working with extraordinary people who think differently is like seeing the world through a magical Lens.
Although sometime, I need a secret decoder ring 😉

Believing in these thinkers, listening & hearing them. Learning from them on a daily basis, as they take on exciting new ventures.
Many, many new adventures..

No matter how much decoding of the (kitten cords) it involves.. lol

I welcome the difference they bring to my life, everyday!

Strongest Feature: Fluent in Dyslexia, ADHD & different thinkers in general.
